Water Code § 54.032","heading":"CONVERSION OF DISTRICT: NOTICE.","body":"(a) The governing body of a district described by Section 54.030(b) shall give notice of the conversion hearing by publishing notice in a newspaper with general circulation in the district.\n(b) The notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks.\n(c) The notice shall:\n(1) set out the resolution adopted by the district in full; and\n(2) notify all interested persons how they may offer comments for or against the proposal contained in the resolution.\nAdded by Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 780, ch. 84, Sec. 1.\nAmended by:\nActs 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 539 (H.B. 2914), Sec. 3, eff.
