Water Code § 54.241","heading":"ACTION ON THE PETITION.","body":"(a) After notice and hearing, the commission shall render a written decision granting or denying the petition, in whole or in part.\n(b) In rendering its decision, the commission shall consider:\n(1) the suitability of and necessity for the facilities;\n(2) the reasonableness of the cost of the facilities;\n(3) the economic viability of the district; and\n(4) any other relevant evidence.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 1036, Sec. 1, eff.
