Water Code § 55.049","heading":"SURVEY OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.","body":"Immediately after the directors are qualified, the board shall order a survey of the boundaries of the district to be made according to the boundaries designated in the petition for creation of the district, or the board shall adopt, in whole or in part, the boundaries already established, and order the boundaries marked by suitable monuments.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 434, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
