The sale of waterpower privileges may not interfere with the district's obligation to furnish an adequate supply of water for irrigation and for municipal purposes in districts which furnish water for municipal purposes.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 447, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
