Water Code § 55.334","heading":"ADOPTING OLD SURVEYS.","body":"(a) The engineer may adopt any surveys made in the past by any person who has applied for or appropriated any water for irrigation under state law.\n(b) The engineer also may adopt any surveys for canals, laterals, reservoirs, dams, or pumping sites shown on these maps or plats or may adopt other maps, plats, and surveys which he is satisfied are correct.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 454, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
