Water Code § 55.405","heading":"APPROVAL; REGISTRATION.","body":"After bonds are authorized under this subchapter but before they are issued, the bonds, the resolution of the board authorizing the bonds to be issued, and other certificates and records relating to the issuance of the bonds shall be submitted to the Attorney General of Texas for his examination. The attorney general shall approve the bonds if they are issued in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and the constitution, and the bonds shall be registered with the comptroller.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 459, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
