Water Code § 55.457","heading":"USING REVENUE FROM SALE OF WATER, POWER, AND OTHER SERVICES TO PAY DEBTS.","body":"(a) The district may fix charges for the use and sale of water, power, and other services to pay debts and to accomplish other lawful purposes of the district.\n(b) The district may borrow money for any purpose in the manner provided in this subchapter and pledge for payment of these debts, income and revenue from the sale of water, power, and other services sufficient in amount to pay principal, interest, and other charges which may accrue.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 463, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
