Water Code § 55.803","heading":"DISSOLUTION USING PROCEDURE FOR ORGANIZATION OF DISTRICTS.","body":"If all debts and obligations of the district have been paid and discharged, a district may dissolve voluntarily by the same vote and in the same manner provided in this chapter for the organization of districts. The election shall be held in the manner provided in this chapter for holding elections in the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 496, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
