Water Code § 56.294","heading":"ELECTION.","body":"(a) Notice of the election to dissolve the district shall be posted and the election shall be held as provided by this chapter for elections to create a district.\n(b) The ballots for the election shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the following proposition: \"Dissolution of the drainage district.\"\n(c) For the proposition to carry, two-thirds of those persons voting at the election must vote to dissolve the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 523, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
