Water Code § 56.301","heading":"TRUSTEE'S BOND.","body":"The county treasurer shall execute a good and sufficient bond in a sum to be determined by the commissioners court, payable to and approved by the county judge, conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties as treasurer and trustee of the district and on paying to the parties entitled to it all money and other property which he receives as trustee and treasurer. The bond shall be recorded in the minutes of the commissioners court, and on approval shall supersede the bond given by the county treasurer as treasurer of the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 525, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
