Water Code § 57.021","heading":"NOTICE OF APPEAL.","body":"(a) Notice of the appeal shall be given by announcement at the time the order of the commissioners court is recorded or by written notice within the two-day period immediately following the entry of the order.\n(b) If the notice is announced at the time the order is entered, the notice shall be entered in the minutes of the commissioners court.\n(c) Written notice given under this section shall include a simple statement that the undersigned is appealing the order of the commissioners court and shall be filed with the county clerk.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
