Water Code § 57.093","heading":"ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS.","body":"A district may adopt and enforce reasonable rules and regulations to:\n(1) preserve the sanitary condition of all water controlled by the district;\n(2) prevent waste or the unauthorized use of water controlled by the district;\n(3) regulate privileges on any land or any easement owned or controlled by the district;\n(4) regulate the design and construction of improvements and facilities that outfall, connect, or tie into district improvements and facilities; or\n(5) require the district's review and approval of drainage plans for property within the district.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1423, Sec. 34, eff.
