Water Code § 57.178","heading":"DISBURSEMENT OF DISTRICT MONEY.","body":"The board by resolution may allow:\n(1) a bank in which the district deposits money to sign disbursements;\n(2) the disbursement of district money to be transferred by Automated Clearing House (ACH); and\n(3) the wire or electronic transfer of district money to vendors or other authorized accounts not in the name of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 726 (H.B. 2508), Sec. 1, eff.
