Water Code § 57.212","heading":"BOND RECORD.","body":"(a) After the bonds are issued, the board shall deliver a well-bound book to the county treasurer of the county of jurisdiction, who shall keep in the book a record of:\n(1) all bonds which have been issued;\n(2) the number of each bond;\n(3) the amount of each bond;\n(4) the rate of interest on each bond;\n(5) the date of issuance of each bond;\n(6) the date when each bond is due;\n(7) the place where each bond is payable;\n(8) the amount received for each bond; and\n(9) the tax levy to provide a sinking fund to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.\n(b) The treasurer shall keep the book open at all times for inspection by any taxpayer or bondholder, and when a person pays for a bond, the treasurer shall enter the payment in the book.\n(c) The county treasurer is entitled to receive for his services in keeping a record of the bonds the same fee allowed by law to the county clerk for recording deeds.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
