Water Code § 57.215","heading":"INVESTMENT OF SINKING FUND.","body":"The board or commissioners court of jurisdiction may invest the district's sinking funds in county, municipal, district, or other bonds in which other sinking funds may by law be invested and also may invest the sinking funds in bonds of the series to which the funds apply if the bonds are offered for redemption before maturity on terms considered advantageous to the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
