Water Code § 57.326","heading":"ELECTION ORDER.","body":"(a) After it receives a petition under Section 57.325 of this code, the commissioners court shall order an election to be held in the district at the earliest possible legal time to determine whether or not the district should be dissolved.\n(b) If the proposition to dissolve the district fails to carry at the election, the commissioners court may not order another election for the same purpose within one year after the result of the election has been announced officially.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
