Water Code § 57.335","heading":"GENERAL DUTIES OF TRUSTEES.","body":"(a) The trustees have control of the disposition and sale of all district property.\n(b) The trustees have control of all the property of the district, including the money in the treasury, and shall keep the district's money and all its books, notes, accounts, and choses in action of every kind.\n(c) The trustees may sue to recover property and collect debts of the district, and may employ counsel in suits and in caring for the district's property and managing the district's dissolution.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
