Water Code § 58.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"District\" means an irrigation district.\n(2) \"Board\" means the board of directors of a district.\n(3) \"Director\" means a member of the board of directors of a district.\n(4) \"Commissioners court\" means the commissioners court of the county in which a district or part of a district is located.\n(5) \"Commission\" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
