Water Code § 58.027","heading":"MULTICOUNTY DISTRICT: CONSIDERATION BY COMMISSION.","body":"(a) The commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction and power to consider and determine all petitions for creation of a district that will include land or property located in two or more counties.\n(b) The orders of the commission concerning the organization of a district shall be final, unless an appeal is taken from the orders as provided in this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
