Water Code § 58.039","heading":"CONVERSION OF DISTRICT; NOTICE.","body":"(a) Notice of the adoption of a resolution under Section 58.038 of this code shall be given by publishing the resolution in a newspaper with general circulation in the county or counties in which the district is located.\n(b) The notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks with the first publication not less than 14 full days before the time set for a hearing.\n(c) The notice shall:\n(1) state the time and place of the hearing;\n(2) set out the resolution in full; and\n(3) notify all interested persons to appear and offer testimony for or against the proposal contained in the resolution.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
