Water Code § 58.127","heading":"ADOPTING RULES.","body":"A district may adopt and make known reasonable rules to:\n(1) prevent waste or the unauthorized use of water; and\n(2) regulate residence, hunting, fishing, boating, and camping, and all recreational and business privileges on any body or stream of water, or any body of land, or any easement owned or controlled by the district.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
