Water Code § 58.173","heading":"JOINT LEASE BY TWO OR MORE DISTRICTS.","body":"The boards of two or more districts may adopt resolutions to enter into a joint lease under the provisions of Section 58.169 of this code. The joint lease shall specify clearly the respective rights and liabilities of the districts and shall be subject to all the provisions of Sections 58.169 and 58.172 of this code.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
