Water Code § 58.448","heading":"VALIDITY OF BONDS.","body":"After the bonds are approved by the attorney general and registered by the comptroller, they shall be held to be valid, binding obligations of the district in any suit testing their validity. Any person interested in the bonds may file a suit before the bonds are registered to test the validity, but may not bring suit to test validity after the bonds are registered.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
