Water Code § 58.453","heading":"VALIDATION SUIT.","body":"(a) A district may file a suit to determine the validity of the creation of the district and the bonds.\n(b) If requested by the Secretary of the Interior, the district shall file a suit to validate a contract made with the United States.\n(c) If a validation suit is filed, the bonds do not have to be approved by the attorney general.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
