Water Code § 58.461","heading":"REGISTRATION OF BONDS AND DECREE.","body":"On the presentation of the bonds together with a certified copy of the decree of the court, the comptroller shall register the bonds in a book kept for that purpose. The comptroller shall attach to each bond a certificate stating that the court's decree has been filed and recorded in his office and shall sign the certificate and attach his official seal.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
