Water Code § 58.523","heading":"DECLARING RESULT AND ISSUING ORDER.","body":"If a majority of the electors approve the proposal, the board shall declare the result and, by order, shall establish the area and define it by metes and bounds or designate the specific property and shall fix the tax basis for the area or property.
