Water Code § 58.707","heading":"CONSENT OF OUTSTANDING BONDHOLDERS.","body":"(a) The board shall communicate the contents of the applications to exclude nonagricultural or nonirrigable land and to include an equal amount of irrigable land to the holders of outstanding bonds voted, issued, sold, and delivered by the district and payable from taxes levied on property in the district.\n(b) If the consent in writing of 95 percent or more of the bondholders to the plan is filed with the board, the board may hold a hearing on the applications.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
