Water Code § 58.708","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATIONS.","body":"The board shall give notice of the hearing on the applications by publishing the time, place, and nature of the hearing one time in a newspaper published in a county in which all or part of the district is located. The newspaper must have been published regularly for more than 12 months preceding the date of the publication of the notice and must have circulation in the district. The notice shall be published not less than 10 days nor more than 20 days before the date of the hearing.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
