Water Code § 58.786","heading":"APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE.","body":"(a) If the board orders the dissolution of the district, it shall appoint a director or some other competent person as trustee to close the affairs of the district as soon as practicable.\n(b) The board shall determine the term of service and the amount of compensation for the trustee.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
