Water Code § 58.833","heading":"ELECTION IN DISTRICT INCLUDING CITY, TOWN, OR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.","body":"In an election to dissolve a district in which a city, town, or municipal corporation is located, the city, town, or municipal corporation shall be a separate voting precinct, and the ballots cast in the city, town, or municipal corporation shall be counted and canvassed to show the result of the election there. If the city, town, or municipal corporation votes against the dissolution of the district and the balance of the district votes for the dissolution of the district, the district shall be dissolved.\nAdded by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
