Water Code § 6.101","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the board provided by this code and other laws of this state.\n(b) The executive administrator may recommend to the board for its consideration rules that he considers necessary to carry out the board's powers and duties.\n(c) Rules shall be adopted in the manner provided by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 795, Sec. 1.002, eff.
