Water Code § 60.242","heading":"RESOLUTION.","body":"(a) The navigation board shall adopt a resolution declaring that in its judgment conversion to a district operating under Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution will be in the best interest of the district and will be a benefit to the land and property located in the district.\n(b) The resolution shall call a hearing and shall be entered in the minutes of the board.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
