Water Code § 60.344","heading":"REFUNDING BONDS.","body":"(a) The district is authorized to issue refunding bonds for the purpose of refunding any outstanding bonds and interest on them, authorized by this subchapter or any other indebtedness which the district may lawfully assume.\n(b) No election shall be necessary in connection with the authorization and issuance of refunding bonds.\nAdded by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 770, ch. 343, Sec. 1, eff.
