Water Code § 60.553","heading":"DEDUCTION AUTHORIZED.","body":"(a) A district employee may authorize a deduction each pay period from the employee's salary or wage payment for a charitable contribution as provided by this subchapter.\n(b) An authorization must direct the district to distribute the deducted funds to a participating federation or fund.\n(c) A deduction under this subchapter must be in the form prescribed by the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1027 (H.B. 2770), Sec. 17, eff.
