Water Code § 60.557","heading":"REVOCATION OR CHANGE OF AUTHORIZATION.","body":"(a) A district employee may revoke or change an authorization by giving notice to the district.\n(b) The notice must be in the form and manner prescribed by the district.\n(c) A revocation or change takes effect on the date designated by the district, but not later than the 45th day after the date the district employee gives notice.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1027 (H.B. 2770), Sec. 17, eff.
