Water Code § 61.033","heading":"ELECTION ORDER.","body":"(a) If the commissioners court or the board finds in favor of the establishment of the district and the issuance of bonds and levy of a tax, the commissioners court shall order an election to vote on the proposition.\n(b) The election order shall specify the amount of the bonds to be issued, their maturity dates, and the rate of interest.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
