Water Code § 61.075","heading":"COMMISSIONER'S OATH.","body":"Each commissioner shall subscribe an oath before the county judge of the county of jurisdiction to discharge faithfully the duties of his office without favor or partiality, and to render a true account of his activities to the commissioners court or the board which appointed him.
