Water Code § 61.231","heading":"ISSUANCE OF BONDS.","body":"When the commission determines the cost of the proposed improvements, the expenses incident to the improvements, and the cost of maintenance of the improvements, it shall certify to the commissioners court the amount of bonds necessary to be issued. The commissioners court, at a regular or special meeting, shall issue an order directing the issuance of bonds for the district in the amount certified which shall not be more than the amount authorized by the election.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
