Water Code § 62.063","heading":"ELECTION OF COMMISSIONERS.","body":"(a) Commissioners shall be elected on the second Saturday in July of each odd-numbered year at an election ordered by the commission.\n(b) The secretary of the commission shall give notice of the election by posting at least three copies of the notice at three public places inside the district or by publishing the notice for 20 days before the election in a newspaper with general circulation in the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
