Water Code § 62.110","heading":"NOTICE OF BIDS.","body":"Notice that a contract is to be awarded shall be given by publishing notice once a week for two consecutive weeks in one or more newspapers with general circulation in the state and by posting notice for at least 14 days in five public places in the county of jurisdiction, one of which shall be the courthouse door and at least two of which shall be inside the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
