Water Code § 62.117","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT.","body":"(a) The commission shall make an annual report of its official acts and file it with the clerk of the commissioners court on or before January 1 of each year.\n(b) The report shall include in detail:\n(1) the kind, character, and amount of work done in the district;\n(2) the cost of the work;\n(3) the amount paid out on order and for what purpose paid; and\n(4) other data necessary to show the condition of improvements made under the provisions of this chapter.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
