Water Code § 62.151","heading":"CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE FUND.","body":"(a) The construction and maintenance fund shall include money received from the sale of bonds and all other sources except tax collections placed in the sinking fund to pay the principal of and the interest on bonds.\n(b) After the original petition is filed, all expenses necessarily incurred in connection with the creation, establishment, and maintenance of the district shall be paid from the construction and maintenance fund.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
