Water Code § 62.154","heading":"APPLICABILITY OF SECTIONS 62.155-62.159.","body":"Sections 62.155-62.159 of this code apply to all revenue, income, money, funds, or increments except revenue derived from taxation which may result from the ownership and operation of the district's improvements and facilities. However, these sections do not apply to any of the following counties:\n(1) Matagorda;\n(2) Fort Bend;\n(3) Brazoria;\n(4) Chambers;\n(5) Galveston; and\n(6) Harris.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
