Water Code § 62.191","heading":"ISSUANCE OF NAVIGATION BONDS.","body":"(a) After the commission determines the cost of proposed improvements, incidental expenses, and maintenance costs, it shall certify to the commissioners court of the county of jurisdiction the amount of bonds necessary to be issued.\n(b) The commissioners court, at a regular or special meeting, shall issue an order directing the issuance of navigation bonds for the district in the amount so certified.
