Water Code § 62.312","heading":"ORDER OF ANNEXATION.","body":"If at the hearing it appears that annexation of the adjacent county would be a benefit to the annexing district, the commission shall enter an order in the minutes annexing the county. From and after the entry of the order, the county shall be a part of the annexing district with all rights and privileges of territory originally situated in the district and with the right of representation on the commission.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
