Water Code § 62.318","heading":"LAW GOVERNING DISTRICT.","body":"(a) The only changes made in the organization and operation of an annexing district which annexes an adjacent county are those contained in this subchapter.\n(b) Each district annexing an adjacent county shall continue after the annexation to be governed by and subject to all of the laws applicable to the annexing district at the time of annexation.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
