Water Code § 63.037","heading":"RETURNS OF ELECTION.","body":"(a) Immediately after the election, the officers holding the election shall make returns of the result to the commissioners court of jurisdiction and return the ballot boxes to the clerk of the court.\n(b) The clerk shall keep the ballot boxes safely and deliver them, together with the returns of the election, to the commissioners court at its next regular or special session.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
