Water Code § 63.163","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"(a) After the commission's order is entered in the minutes, the commission shall publish notice once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in the district. If no newspaper is published in the district, the notice shall be published in the newspaper published nearest to the district.\n(b) The notice shall include a copy of the commission's order and shall designate a time and place for a hearing.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
