Water Code § 63.177","heading":"COMMISSION REPORT.","body":"(a) The commission shall make an annual report of its activities and file it with the county clerk on or before January 1 of each year.\n(b) The report shall show in detail:\n(1) the kind, character, and amount of work done in the district;\n(2) the cost of the work; and\n(3) the amount paid on order, the purpose for which paid, and other data necessary to show the condition of improvements made under the provisions of this chapter.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
