Water Code § 63.221","heading":"CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE FUND.","body":"(a) The construction and maintenance fund shall include money received from the sale of bonds and other sources except the tax and other collections deposited in the sinking fund and used to pay interest on the bonds.\n(b) All expenses incurred in connection with the creation, establishment, and maintenance of the district after the original petition to create the district is filed shall be paid from the construction and maintenance fund.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
